Machines
With specialization in roofing and façade cladding the purchase of profiling machines is necessary. These machines are placed in a fully equipped workshop and sometimes even used on the building site. To produce bays longer than 1 meter up to 10 meter specific machines like profiling, edging and bending machines are necessary.
The following machines are often needed:
- profiling machines for profiling panels that are short, tapered or converge to a point
- seam folding machines for folding square lock and double standing seam
- edging and bending machines
- cleaving system for longitudinal cut and cut-to-length systems for strips
- special machines with edging and cutting devices
- decoilers
- notching machines for different wall cladding cut-outs at the ridge, gutter or wall
- beading machines
